1. Use of this website

This website presents the talent, services and programs of JIM Models. Content is provided for personal and professional booking purposes. Automated scraping of model imagery or data is not permitted.

2. Intellectual property

All photography, the JIM Models name and logo, and site content are the property of JIM Models or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced without written permission.

3. Applications

Submitting a model application does not create an agency relationship. Representation begins only upon a signed agreement. Applicants must be legally able to work; applicants under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

4. Bookings

All bookings of JIM Models talent must be arranged through the agency. Direct engagement of represented talent circumventing the agency is prohibited.
